Criminal Simulation and Theft Arrests

The Hendersonville Police Department has arrested the following people for six counts each of criminal simulation and one count of Theft over One Thousand Dollars:

Jose Miguel Cuevas Coradin, age 32, of Bronx, New York

Amaury E. Maldonado, age 32, of Bronx, New York

Luis R. Feliciano, age 26, of Bronx, New York

On June 24, 2014, the three subjects contacted a local business to collect a package that was to be delivered to them. On June 25, 2014, the three subjects came to the business to pick up the package that contained fake identifications and fraudulently created credit cards. Detective Neal Harris was waiting for the suspects to arrive and they were arrested once they attempted to collect the fake identifications. The three subjects were utilizing the fake identifications and credit cards to open credit accounts at stores to buy and then sell the stolen property.

Several thousand dollars’ worth of stolen property was recovered from their vehicle. A photograph is attached to this release of all three suspects. All three suspects are scheduled to appear in Sumner County General Sessions Court on July 23, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. Their bond amounts were not known at the time of this release.
