Alcohol Compliance Checks

On April 23, 2014, members of the Hendersonville Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks of several local establishments.

Twenty-Four locations were visited and all but two refused to sell an alcoholic beverage to an underage customer. The following establishments sold alcohol to an underage customer:

Blue Grass Bar and Grill located at 393 East Main Street Suite 1, the server charged was Alexandria C. Baker, age 21, of Hendersonville, Tennessee

Casa Vieja Mexican Grill 2, Inc. located at 206 North Anderson Lane, the server charged was Ricardo Cano-Magallon, age 30, of Hendersonville, Tennessee

The offending servers were cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor and their court appearance was set for June 09, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Sumner County General Sessions Court.

The H.P.D. would like to thank all businesses who were in compliance and remind all others that the H.P.D. will continue to do random checks of all businesses selling alcoholic beverages.
