Identity Theft Arrest

Media Release

The Hendersonville Police Department received an identity theft complaint from a resident at 419 E. Main St., an assisted living facility. This initial complaint led to the discovery of two other victims at 419 E. Main St. that had their identities compromised. During the investigation, Shamiah Monique Henry was developed as a suspect.  Henry was employed as a temporary worker at the facility when the crimes occurred. On 04-24-2014 Henry confessed to the crimes and was arrested.

Henry was charged with three counts of Identity Theft
