Alcohol Compliance Checks

On July 17, 2014, members of the Hendersonville Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks of several local establishments.

Twenty-Four locations were visited and all but two refused to sell an alcoholic beverage to an underage customer. The following establishments sold alcohol to an underage customer:

Rio Bravo located at 200 East Main Street, the server charged was Rosalio Villalobos, age 51, of Hendersonville, Tennessee

Rudder Restaurant at Anchor High located at 128 River Road, the server charged was Taylor Agnes Brophy, age 24, of Hendersonville, Tennessee

The offending servers were cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor and their court appearance was set for August 11, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Sumner County General Sessions Court.

The H.P.D. would like to thank all businesses who were in compliance and remind all others that the H.P.D. will continue to do random checks of all businesses selling alcoholic beverages.
