Hendersonville Police are Seeking Help in Identifying a Burglar

On 07-18-2014 a black male wearing a black suit, and a white fedora style hat entered a Hendersonville church. This male then went into a church personnel office area and stole a female victim’s wallet out of her purse.

Moments later this victim’s credit card was used to purchase a gift card at the Hendersonville Wal-Mart. Video was obtained from Wal-Mart showing the same black male suspect wearing the suit and fedora using the victim’s credit card. The following day the same suspect and an unidentified black female used the gift card at the Hermitage Wal-Mart to purchase items. These persons are driving a red 2013 or 2014 Nissan Altima.

This case has been tied to a previous incident that occurred on 03-22-2014. On this date, the male suspect, wearing a different suit and fedora, stole a woman’s purse from her vehicle. The suspect can then be seen on video using the victim’s credit cards at area stores. In this incident, the suspect was driving the same red 2013 or 2014 Nissan Altima.
