Aggravated Burglary Arrest

On March 10, 2017, 3:46 a.m. Hendersonville Police responded to the area of Irving Drive and Allen Drive in response to a report of a suspect attempting to gain entry into homes. The suspect went into the garage area of one home and was confronted by the owner. He then left and tried to gain entry to two other homes.

Hendersonville Police located Richard Christian, Jr. in the area and he was identified as the suspect involved. Richard Christian, Jr., age 30, of Hendersonville, was charged with two counts of aggravated Burglary, one count of Aggravated Criminal Trespass, one count vandalism under one thousand dollars, and one count of simple assault.  Richard Christian, Jr. was given a General Sessions Court date on April 12, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. His bond amount was set at ten Thousand dollars (10,000.00).
