Alcohol Compliance Checks – April 2017

On April 25, 2017, members of the Hendersonville Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks of several local establishments.   Twenty-Four locations were visited and all but four refused to sell an alcoholic beverage to an underage customer. The following four establishments sold alcohol to an underage customer:

 

Black Eyed Pea located at 164 E. Main St., the server charged was Destiny Barnes, age 18, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee

Chili’s located at 218 Indian Lake Blvd., the server charged was Robert Wayne Smith, age 37, of Gallatin, Tennessee

NY Pie located at 305 Indian Lake Blvd., Melondi C. Pleickhardt, age 41, of Gallatin, Tennessee

Ricardo’s located at 230 New Shackle Island Rd., the server charged was Sara Hernandez, age 29, of Antioch, Tennessee

The offending servers were cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor and their court appearance was set for May 22, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in the Sumner County General Sessions Court.
