Update – Robbery of the landscapers on Lakeside Park Drive

Update

Due to the excellent response from the public, the Hendersonville Police Department was able to arrest the following people for this robbery:

Gregory C. Thompson, 20 years old, from Hendersonville

Aggravated robbery and theft under $1,000

The solution of this investigation would not have been possible if it were not for the input of the citizens of Hendersonville. It is that teamwork between the public and the Hendersonville Police Department that will help provide a safer city.

Previous Release

On July 22, 2017, at approximately 6:00 PM there were two men completing their landscaping job in the area of Lakeside Park Drive in Hendersonville. As the two men were preparing to leave, they were confronted by a subject who pointed a gun at them and demanded their valuables. After stealing the valuables from the victim’s the subject ran from the area and was seen getting into a silver vehicle.

A short time later two individuals were captured on video as they were attempting to use the victim’s credit card. Attached are the photographs the suspects that attempted to use the victim’s credit card and the vehicle that was used by the suspects. A video of the suspects leaving the store is also available upon request.

It is very important that anyone who recognizes either one of these two individuals contact the Hendersonville Police Department. Anyone providing information into the arrest of the people involved in this armed robbery may be eligible for up to a $1000 reward from Crime Stoppers.
