Alcohol Compliance Checks

On March 19, 2013, members of the Hendersonville Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks of several local establishments. 

 

Twelve locations were visited and all but two refused to sell an alcoholic beverage to an underage customer. The following two establishments sold alcohol to an underage customer.

 

Kroger at 170 East Main Street

Breon Dasean Nicholson, age 18, was the server charged.

 

Red Robin at 302 Indian Lake Blvd.

Jamin Williams, age 27, was the server charged.

 

Each offending server was cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor and their court appearance was set for March 14, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in the Sumner County General Sessions Court.

 

The H.P.D. would like to thank all businesses who were in compliance and remind all others that the H.P.D. will continue to do random checks of all businesses selling alcoholic beverages.
