Aggravated Burglary Arrest – Keith Clements.

On the morning of 03-25-2013 there was a forced entry burglary to a residence on Castleview Drive in Hendersonville.  Thousands of dollars in items were stolen from the home including electronics, jewelry, and medication.  A resident of the home caught the burglar in the act and the suspect fled the scene.  A male working with the trash collection service was developed as a suspect.  The suspect, Keith Clements (age 31), of Nashville was later located and apprehended by Hendersonville Police FLEX Officer Thomas Holman after a brief chase. 

 

Officer Finley has charged Clements with:

 

-Aggravated Burglary

-Theft over $1,000

-Vandalism over $500

-Evading Arrest

-Resisting Stop, Halt, and Frisk

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

 

Clements is set to appear in Sumner County General Sessions Court.  At this time the court date and bond has yet to be determined.  A photo of Clements is attached to this e-mail.
