Theft Arrest Charles Daniel Denney

The Hendersonville Police Department began an investigation in November of 2011 involving an alleged financial theft scheme involving a local resident.

 

On 2-16-2012, Detective Seneca Smith arrested Charles Daniel Denney, 28, of 148 Homestead Place, at an area residence. Denney was served with a Sumner County Grand Jury indictment charging him with six counts of theft over sixty thousand dollars, four counts of theft over ten thousand dollars, and two counts of theft over one thousand dollars.

 

The investigation to date has revealed an alleged loss of 1.3 million dollars to twelve identified victims. The investigation continues.
