Aggravated Burglary and Theft over one Thousand Dollars Arrest of Justin Johnson
On, April 08, 2012, the Hendersonville Police Department received a report of an aggravated burglary and theft that occurred on Bayshore Drive. The victim reported that someone broke into their home and stole numerous pieces of jewelry from the residence.
On April 13, 2012, Detective Seneca Smiths investigation led him to Dustin Johnson, age 29, of Gallatin, Tennessee, who was incarcerated in the Sumner County Jail on unrelated charges. Johnson has been charged with Aggravated Burglary and Theft over One Thousand Dollars for these crimes. A large portion of the stolen jewelry has been recovered.
Johnson remains in the Sumner County Jail on a composite bond for all of his charges of sixty thousand dollars. His General Sessions Court date is set for April 25, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. A photograph is attached to this release.
