Residential Burglary Suspects Arrested
On 11-12-2012, an alleged Aggravated Burglary and Theft to a residence at 1070 West Main Street was reported to the Hendersonville Police Department. Unknown person(s) had entered the residence and stole a 40 television, computers, and other assorted electronics.
On 11-14-2012, a search warrant was executed at apartment 1005 of 1070 West Main Street and most of the stolen property was recovered from this location. Three suspects were charged with Aggravated Burglary, Theft over one thousand dollars, and vandalism under five hundred dollars. They were identified as:
Jamal Elliot Carson, 23, of Danbury Drive in White House, Tennessee
Kellon Christopher McCaw, 22, of 1070 West Main St., Hendersonville, Tn.
Martez Fitzgerald McNabb, 22, of 1070 West Main St., Hendersonville, Tn.
Carson and McCaw had bonds set at 10,000.00 each and McNabb had a bond set of 7,000.00. The court date was set for 11-28-2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the General Sessions Court of Sumner County.
