Burglary & Aggravated Assault Arrest – 16 year old Juvenile

Arrest of Burglary and Theft subject who burglarized the burnt out home on Anderson Lane

 

On March 29, 2011, Officers of the Hendersonville Police Department arrested a 16 year old juvenile for burglary and theft from the scene of the recent house fire that claimed the life of a 2 year old. The 16 year old black male juvenile who lives in the neighborhood was taken into custody and transported to the Sumner County Juvenile Detention Center at approx. 6:00 pm this evening. Officer Nicole Clark had begun an investigation into the possible burglary and theft this morning. Later in the afternoon Officer Anthony Mullins was called to investigate an assault in the area and arrested the juvenile for aggravated assault. During his investigation information was gained about the location of property that was identified as being taken from the home. Officer Nicole Clark has obtained petitions for the juvenile for the Burglary and Theft. The juvenile will appear before the juvenile judge next month.
