Residential Burglary Arrests


On September 28, 2011, the Hendersonville Police Department received a report of an aggravated burglary on Chippendale Drive in Hendersonville. The victim reported that someone had entered his residence and stole a lap top computer along with credit cards and other items.

A possible suspect photograph and vehicle description was developed. During routine patrol Officer King observed a vehicle matching the description and obtained a license plate number.

On October 27, 2011, Detective Steve Malach took this information and was able to make two arrests in this case. Arrested were:

Justin Michael Bozley, age 20, of Evergreen Circle in Hendersonville and

Eric Jay William Messier, age 27, also of Evergreen Circle in Hendersonville

Both were charged with one count of aggravated burglary and one count of theft over five hundred dollars. A photograph of each subject is attached to this release. Their court date and bond was unknown at the time of this release.
