On October 27, 2011, members of the Hendersonville Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks of several local establishments.
Ten locations were visited and all but two refused to sell an alcoholic beverage to an underage customer. The following two establishments sold alcohol to an underage customer.
La Loma Mexican Restaurant at 245 East Main Street
Torres-Mora Karla was the server charged.
PizzaRoma at 476 West Main Street
Felicity Z. Jubilee was the server charged.
Each offending server was cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor and their court appearance was set for December 13, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in the Sumner County General Sessions Court.
